Longwei's: Season 2

The Longwei's
-----------------------------------------------
Crina: Elder Female - Sagittarius - Fortune - LTW: Become Hand of Posideon
Alina: Female Child - Virgo
Beniamin: Male Child - Sagittarius
Doina - Female Child - Aquarius
Elisabeta - Female Child - Taurus

Beta and Doina really do get along, and look how cute they have become as little kids.

The two of them love to play catch, cops and robbers, tag, or just anything they can together. I can only hope that I can see them grow up a little bit more before I die, but I feel it coming.

What are these kids going to do without me? Alina and Beni aren't even more than kids themselves, and they need someone to look out for them.

Off the kids all going to school. It's really almost funny to watch them all line up at the door, give me a kiss, put on their coats and head out in a line to the bus. Alina is almost always the first out the door, then Beni and then Doina and Beta usually follow.

So far all the kids are doing great in school, I am so very proud of them all. I never got a chance to teach Alina and Beni to study, but hopefully Doina and Beta will be able to learn.

I'm so glad we spent the money for that swing set. The kids love to play on it.

The winter is really starting to nestle in, it's getting cold outside. Of course, I think Beta is the only one that ever goes out with her coat on.

Ah these children, they keep me as young as I can be, I can only hope for a little more time.

I've even managed to make a few friends, and I'm trying to make sure I spend as much time as I can with the kids. It's hard when I try to go to work, and clean up some, and still spend time with the kids.

I'm so glad they are all close, they will need each other soon. Alina and Beni's birthdays are coming up and I can only hope to make it that long.

Beni is actually getting quite good at painting. He spends a lot of his time at the easel. Maybe he will make some money in the future as a great artist. I know he wants to have a family, and it would be great if he was able to stay home with his family and still make enough money for them to live comfortably.

I can only hope for a better future for these kids, they have gone through so much losing their parents, and having to move, it's a wonder they are all doing as well as they are with just me and each other.

I swear I have to drag those girls inside for the night, if I let them they would probably play through the night until they collapse from exhaustion.

Alina is starting to really show an interest in space and science. I wonder how much of her remembers the attacks that took her parents. I'm sure if she remembers anything about it it's going to be something she looks into a lot as she gets older. I only hope she doesn't accidentally bring back anything that would cause it to happen again.

Crina: This stupid shower, *sputter* keeps *sputter* breaking! How am I supposed to raise these kids in a place where the shower keeps breaking. *sputter sputter*

Crina: Do you know anything about fixing these things?

Maid: No ma'am I don't I'm sorry. I just clean.

Crina: *sigh* That's ok, I'll just manage to do it on my own.

That day, while the nanny was watching the kids, and I was at work, Beni grew up into a teenager. I'm so proud of him.

Oh, and I got a new job, in the athletics career, it's going well so far. Trying to keep myself in shape a little longer.

Beniamin Longwei: Teen
Aspiration: Family
LTW: Marry off 6 children
Turn Ons: Red Hair and Swimwear
Turn Off: Fatness

Right as I got home Alina also grew up into a teenager. She's so beautiful, and reminds me so much of her mother. I hope she can make her life all that she wants it to be. Their parents would be so proud of them. They both grew up so well.

Alina Longwei: Teen
Aspiration: Romance
LTW: Become a Rock God
Turn Ons: Glasses and Blond Hair
Turn Off: Unemployment

The twins invited a couple of friends over and had a little celebration. Those kids do love to dance. Doina and Beta had to go to bed to get ready for school the next day, and I had to go to work.

I wasn't too worried about these two, they have always been able to take care of going to bed and getting up in the morning on their own. They are both so independent. It's going to be a good thing as I'm well aware that my time is drawing to a close.

Maybe Saturday I will throw them a fun birthday party. The next day I left for work, and thank goodness Beni and Alina turned teens because the nanny didn't show up to watch over Doina and Beta. I was so mad, but Beni offered to stay home with the twins and Alina said she didn't mind helping out. What would a grandmother do without those two?

When I got home this little blond girl was sneaking around my home. I shooed her off, don't know what she was wanting, but I don't like random people just looking around my home.

I felt so tired that night I just gave the kids a kiss goodnight and went right to bed. The next day I headed off to work, but when I got home I had an unpleastent surprise waiting for me.

Kids it's time. I know you don't understand, and I wish I could stay longer, I do. We had so little time together, and I would have loved to have see you all grow into the people you are going to become but I must go.

Don't cry little Beta, it will be ok. Alina you need to take care of your sisters, and Beni you to. Stay close with each other and I know you don't all get along perfectly, but look after and care for each other.

Beta: Grandma, no don't go.

Alina: It's just like mom and dad, grandma you can't leave us here, what will we do?

Death: It's time Crina

Crina: Can't I have just a little bit more...

Death: No. Now is the time, you have done what needed to be done. You have given them what they needed.

Crina: *sigh* Ok, (and with a quick glance at the kids I turned) I'm ready. Kids you'll be ok, I love you all so much.

And with that Grandma was gone. I knew there was so much we had to worry about, but I knew the girls were going to be partially relying on me. Alina and I would have to work together. I was the man of the house, the oldest, by just a little bit, and I had to take care of my family now. Even though I had just turned into a teenager, I had to begin to think of the girls and what they would need. I knew, if we didn't handle it right Beta was going to end up needing more help then we could give her. Losing grandma so soon after our parents and the move, it had crushed her. Alina didn't feel ready to give up on her life and dreams to raise the girls, but I knew she saw it all slipping away, and college for me seemed like a far away dream. Doina just stood in shock and I knew the death hadn't even fully hit her yet.

Now was the time to decide if we stayed in this house, or did we try and move? We didn't have much money left and none of us figured that grandma had much to give to us. Winter was almost finished as we all just went to bed that night, I put all the girls together in one of the rooms, huddled together gaining strength from each other, and I took the other room, grandma's room, and tried to deal with my own grief, which was quickly over whelming me.

Drake's 2: Season 1

Drake's 2nd: Season 1
-------------------------------------------
Caedmon: Adult Male -Libra - Romance - LTW: Become a Rock God

I just love my new place. I even got this bass to start practicing on. There isn't even anyone around to disturb and I have a study all to myself.

I'm quickly learning the bass and cannot wait to start playing in public soon.

There are plenty of pretty girls around to flirt with, talk to. I also got a job in the Music field. Rock God here we come!

"You know I hate work, the punching in and out, but at least I'm in a career I like."

"Yeah, I know what you mean, work isn't fun to have to do day in day out."

I tried to hit on the maid, but it just didn't work out so well. I mean, she's so cute....I just want to make her fall in love with me and kiss her and woohoo....

"Hey baby, you want to kiss me?"

"Uhh.....I come to clean Mr. Drake. I'm not here to kiss you."

Of course after she turned me down I wasn't nearly as interested in her. I also found her a million times less attractive. What's the point of hiring this maid if she's not going to be good to flirt with.

I have almost decided to try and seduce her just for the heck of it. Besides, it would be fun.

The other day my sister came over, and just as I knew would happen soon, she was pregnant. She didn't know what the sex was, and actually didn't want to, but I'm just excited to be an uncle again

"Hello baby baby baby....I can't wait to meet you when you come out...."

I think my sister is taking the pregnancy to heart, and is really really ready to have a baby again. I actually caught her hugging one of my sacks of flower. She had actually written a face on it and was cooing to it. Well as the fall comes to a close I look forward to winter. The time to snuggle up with the ladies.

Tanis': Season 1

The Tanis'
-----------------------------------------------
Cadoc: Elder Male - Taurus - Popularity - LTW: Become Media Magnate
Bryn: Adult Female - Capricorn - Romance - Become a Rock God
Alun: Teen Male - Taurus - Pleasure - Have 50 Dream Dates

It was a decent start for this little family thrown back together by tragedy, but there will be plenty of adjustments. There wasn't much money to go around, but they picked up a small house, the same as everyone else had that moved here, and Alun and Grandpa Cadoc took one of the bedrooms while Bryn took the other. It was weird for Cadoc to suddenly find himself living once again with his daughter and finally getting to meet his grandson. When Bryn got pregnant and left home Cadoc and his wife were devastated. Bryn kept in contact with her mom for a short time but even that eventually fell apart. Cadoc didn't even know Alun had been living with his father until right before the attacks. He and his wife had actually be trying to find Bryn again, but had managed to find Alun instead. While they hadn't really had a chance to start up any communication before the attacks, it was nice to know where he was. When the attacks happened, and Cadoc lost his wife and heard that Alun had lost his father it became apparent that Alun was going to have to get to know his grandfather quickly. It was difficult for Bryn too, she had seen Alun, but only a few times a year since he was born, and his father gained custody. At the time she hadn't fought to hard for him, she was right at the top time of her life and there were just too many guys out there. As the years passed however, she had started to wonder if she shouldn't have fought harder to see him. It was hard to see him all grown up now, and know what they had all gone through. All she could do was hope he could understand.

The move in was quick, they didn't really have much to move in and managed to buy a lot of the furniture after they got to the house. With the house set up the family all started getting acquainted, but before long a little welcome party of...well Crina, came by. She needed a small break from the twins and it was nice to talk to someone her own age again. Cadoc took the time to tell her how he was going to make toys, while Bryn and Alun found their own things to do. Alun knew about his mom, and the way she was, and the last thing he really wanted to do on this day was discuss the past.

While Bryn started searching for a job in the music industry, Alun decided it was time to learn how to paint. Cadoc and Crina just continued to talk about all the things they liked and disliked. Crina just like them, had come here after losing loved ones in the attack. They all knew the lives they had lived before were gone, and this new place, new future, not to mention the new family that had been thrown together put major tensions in the house. They all had to get to know each other before they would really be able to enjoy being a family, if at all.

Alun did manage to find a cute little blond named Tosha however, and they chatted for a short while in the yard. Alun was actually glad to be out of the tensions of the house and enjoy someones company. He knew it wasn't going to be easy, but seeing his mom again, living with her...it was just going to take time. Although it was nice to be able to get to know Grandpa Cadoc, and Alun found they had quite a bit in common.

They would even toss around the football when they could. The fall was very much upon them, and Cadoc was working hard to learn how to make toys of all kinds, and Bryn had started in her Music career. Even though Cadoc wasn't fond of Bryn's desires, he cared very much for her and for Alun, and enjoyed starting to get to know his daughter as she was now. The scars of the past were deep though, and while Cadoc and Alun were able to grow closer, Bryn kept Cadoc at a distance.

Alun and Cadoc's relationship grew and grew. Before they knew it they were best friends. This really helped the tensions in the house, because even though Alun still didn't really know his mom, he knew he could go to his Grandpa Cadoc to talk. Cadoc adored his grandson and wished he could have gained back the time they hadn't had when he was younger, but he was going to make do with all the time he had left.

Alun was starting to make friends at school too. Lainey Barthelet, an exchange student, caught Alun's attention one day. He had seen her in class, but hadn't really talked to her much. He said hello one day and they started talking more and more. One day he invited her home with him to hang out. They had a great time dancing and she even taught him to hula and to "hang loose". She really was kind of cute, and Alun found her exotic ways and friendship really meant a lot to him. He had finally made his first real friend at school. Unfortunately Lainey wasn't going to be there a really long time, as she had to go back to her homeland.

Cadoc was rather depressed with his friends list, he kept thinking of the friends he had left back home, old and young. Back then, he and his wife had thrown such terrific parties and also had friends around ready to celebrate any occasion. He was glad he and Alun had become friends, his grandson was so special to him, but still, he hoped he could meet some more friends soon.

Alun had discovered games, and kept a look out in the papers for any kind of tournament, or story that had to do with games or a way to get involved. Typically there were only the pool scores from the bars in the next towns over, but he kept looking anyway.

Bryn brought home a friend one day from work and they talked and hung out a lot in the front yard. Bryn, always one to not hold back, started right away in talking about them woohooing. He wasn't quite so forward, but Bryn felt that with a little persuasion he might be open to the idea.

In fact he was smitten with her in no time. Not that she really felt as strongly as him at first, but she wasn't looking for anything serious, she just wanted a woohoo.

Bryn was really tired though....it had been a long week at work so far, and all she really wanted to do at that moment was sleep. Fall came to a close without much fanfare in the family, but Cadoc and Alun continued to deepen their relationship, and even Alun and Bryn were starting to make some progress. Things were still stressful in the house, but with Bryn's income and Cadoc making toys on a daily basis they weren't hurting for money. Alun was doing well in school, and kept in touch with Lainey after she moved. She really was his best friend in the whole entire world, and he didn't know what he would do without her or his Grandfather to talk with.

Drake's: Season 1

The Drake's
-----------------------------------------------

Dei: Elder Male - Pieces - Family - LTW: Become Education Minister
Caedmon: Adult Male -Libra - Romance - LTW: Become a Rock God
Epona: Adult Female - Sagittarius - Family - LTW: Raise 20 Puppies/Kittens
Belinu: Adult Male - Pieces - Fortune - LTW: Become World Famous Ballerina
Aine: Female Toddler - Cancer

When Dei's wife became ill Caedmon came to help his father take care of her, when the attacks happened, and she was taken Epona, her husband Belinu and their daughter Aine came to be with Dei as well. Together they all moved to Perperia, one of the few places they had heard of that was untouched by the attacks. Dei had spent most of his money taking care of his wife during her illness, and Caedmon didn't have much, since he had spent it on women and parties. Epona and Belinu were just starting out, and Aine had made a surprise appearance that left them just trying to keep their heads above water. With their money all pooled together, they managed to buy a cheep house and a small amount of furniture to go with it. Dei even picked up an old sewing table he had found for cheep.

Aine was a handful, as all toddlers are, but Dei loved having her around. It made him feel young to have her boundless energy about, even if he felt exhausted after playing with her. Having his family close made the loss of his wife easier to deal with, although the strangeness of her, what he could only assume was, death torn at his heart. Dei had to admit, he was certain that his wife had died in the attacks, but he couldn't imagine that even had she survived the attacks that she would have lived much longer after that.

The move for
Epona and Belinu was a hard one, they hadn't left much behind, but believed in the end they had gained far more in return. Here they were surrounded by family to help them get to where they wanted to be, and Aine got to know her grandpa and uncle Caedmon surrounded by the beauty of Persperia. As the days grew colder and the leaves started to change, Epona and Belinu once again found the love that had bound them together and it reignited their passions for each other.

Caedmon: Dad now has
Epona and Belinu to help take care of him, and little Aine helps keep everyone busy. It's time for me to find my own place. I know my sister wants to fill that house with kids, and they are going to need as much space as they can get. Plus, I want to start getting to know the women around here better.

In no time at all it was
Aine's birthday. It almost came as a surprise to everyone, and they didn't really even have time to plan a party, but she grew up well just the same. Tomorrow she would get to start school.

Epona: So I was thinking. With Caedmon gone, and dad around to help out...maybe we should have another baby. I mean Aine starts school tomorrow, and you know before we can believe it she'll be headed off to college.

Belinu: Well I have a steady job here, and Dei has been making those potholders to help bring in a little extra cash...I guess now might be a good time for a new baby. Do you think the house is big enough though?

Dei knew his daughter's mind, and he also knew anything she wanted she would probably be able to talk Belinu into doing. Ah to be young and in love with a strong-willed women he thought. With those thoughts in mind, Dei sat at the sewing machine and started to mass create potholders. We're going to need the money if another baby comes, he thought.

Sure enough,
Epona found out shortly after that she was pregnant. Belinu couldn't wait to tell Dei he was going to be a grandfather again soon. While Dei was excited, he knew those finances wouldn't hold up much longer. He had to get up to something more interesting than potholders.

Aine and her mom were pretty close, and they both LOVED to dance. During the very early stages of Epona's pregnancy she would dance to stay in shape. Aine always wanted to come home and dance after school before she sat down and did her homework. It was a good way for her to burn off the extra engery so she could concentrate on the work before her.

Epona: Oh, the baby is starting to kick

Epona: I can tell he or she is going to be very active!

So as the fall season drew to a close,
Aine was doing very well in school, and she loved to play with her fathers Ballet bar, and Belinu, excited about the new baby threw himself into his work. He got a couple of promotions, but knew he needed to start making friends with the neighborhood if he was truly going to get anywhere. Dei contined to be the steady rock, helping out the family where ever he was needed.

Longwei's: Season 1

The Longwei's
-----------------------------------------------
Crina: Elder Female - Sagittarius - Fortune - LTW: Become Hand of Posideon
Alina: Female Child - Virgo
Beniamin: Male Child - Sagittarius
Doina - Female Toddler - Aquarius
Elisabeta - Female Toddler - Taurus

At the very end of summer, right before the start of fall Crina packed up her 4 grandkids and moved them all to Persperia, mostly to get the kids as far away from the tragic memories as possible, and to hopefully find help with raising the 4 kids alone. Crina didn't have much money, and unfortunately, the little money her son and his wife had scraped together wasn't enough to support all four kids on for long. Crina and the kids moved into 1 Long Road, it was right by the little mall of the town and Crina hoped they would be able to fit all 5 of them in the small 2 bedroom house.

That afternoon part of the Drake family, their neighbors across the street came over to say hi.

Crina: How are the sandwhiches Caedmon? Sorry it's not much of a meal
Cademon: They are just fine Crina. I know it's not always easy to entertain on short notice.

Beniamin, "Beni" for short, and Alina played on the floor while the toddlers were busy as always.

Crina had to wonder about Epona and Belinu however, they didn't seem to be able to keep their hands off of each other. Although it was nice to see a couple so in love.

With Caedmon's help Crina got the toddlers into their chairs and got them fed while Beni and Alina munched on their own sandwhiches.

How am I ever going to be able to do this all on my own...Crina wondered. As that final day in summer burned away into Fall Crina knew she needed a job, and soon. She searched the paper and took a job in the business field, not her ideal, but it paid the most money, and that's what they needed. The next chore was to find a good nanny to take care of the children while she was gone. During the day Beni and Alina would be in school, but she knew she couldn't be there for them when they got home and Doina and Elisabeta, "Beta" for short, needed someone there full time until they were old enough to go to school.

During the fall, after Beni and Alina got home from school one day, Doina and Beta had their birthdays, and turned from toddlers into children. Doina managed to grow-up well, but Beta was more affected by the move, her parents passing, and the way life was going. She was going to have some catching up to do if life was going to turn out ok for her. Crina knew it was only a matter of time until Alina and Beni grew up too, and while it was a bitter-sweet moment to watch them grow, she knew the teenagers help would be welcome when it came. Now if only she could hold out until then, because as Crina knew age was rushing up on her, and all she could hope for was to push it off long enough to get the children prepared to live life for themselves.
